Crock-Pot

No payout yet

This case is still being litigated — there’s no settlement fund, so there’s nothing to claim yet. We’ll notify you if that changes.

What Happened?

Consumers have filed individual product-liability lawsuits against Sunbeam Products and Newell Brands alleging that Crock-Pot Express pressure cookers can allow the lid to open or detach while the cooker remains pressurized, ejecting hot food and liquid and causing burns. CPSC previously recalled about 914,430 Crock-Pot 6-Quart Express Crock Multi-Cookers after receiving 119 lid-detachment reports and 99 burn injuries, and new Sunbeam/Newell personal-injury lawsuits were still being filed in 2026.

Could Crock-Pot Owe Me Money?

Possibly, but not yet. No settlement has been reached, so there’s no fund and no fixed amount — Payouts range from $1,000-$5,000.

If the case settles or a court rules in the class’s favor, we’ll show the real payout terms here and notify everyone on the waitlist.

Who Might This Case Cover?

  • If you used a Crock-Pot Express Crock Multi-Cooker made by Sunbeam or Newell Brands in the United States and suffered medically documented burn injuries or other physical injuries from a pressure-release or lid-opening incident during the time period to be determined.
