Fabletics

No payout yet

This case is still being litigated — there’s no settlement fund, so there’s nothing to claim yet. We’ll notify you if that changes.

What Happened?

This lawsuit alleges that Fabletics unlawfully passed the cost of tariffs imposed under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) onto customers by charging them tariff-related fees in connection with their purchases. According to the complaint, these tariffs were later deemed unlawful, and plaintiffs claim Fabletics should refund consumers for the amounts it collected, arguing the company would otherwise retain a windfall from charges tied to illegal tariffs in violation of consumer protection laws.

Could Fabletics Owe Me Money?

Possibly, but not yet. No settlement has been reached, so there’s no fund and no fixed amount — Payout of about $20+.

If the case settles or a court rules in the class’s favor, we’ll show the real payout terms here and notify everyone on the waitlist.
