This case is still being litigated — there’s no settlement fund, so there’s nothing to claim yet. We’ll notify you if that changes.

What Happened?

Labaton Keller Sucharow is investigating potential arbitration claims against Netflix over allegations that the company misrepresented how it collected, used, and monetized subscribers’ behavioral information. The investigation follows allegations by the Texas Attorney General that Netflix tracked information such as viewing activity, searches, pauses, replays, devices, household networks, and other behavioral data and used or shared that information in connection with its advertising business despite earlier representations about avoiding advertising-driven data practices.

Could Netflix Owe Me Money?

Possibly, but not yet. No settlement has been reached, so there’s no fund and no fixed amount — Payouts range from $1-$500+.

If the case settles or a court rules in the class’s favor, we’ll show the real payout terms here and notify everyone on the waitlist.
