This lawsuit alleges that Prime Hydration LLC marketed its Prime Hydration sports drink as a healthy beverage while failing to disclose that independent testing found per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), harmful “forever chemicals,” in the product, misleading consumers and violating consumer protection laws.
