No payout yet
This case is still being litigated — there’s no settlement fund, so there’s nothing to claim yet. We’ll notify you if that changes.
What Happened?
This lawsuit alleges that Raw Nutrition falsely advertises its Raw Isolate ready-to-drink protein shakes as containing 30 grams of protein per serving when independent third-party testing allegedly found the products contain significantly less protein than advertised. According to the complaint, testing of six shake varieties allegedly showed protein levels ranging from approximately 7% to 12% below the stated amount. Plaintiffs claim consumers paid a premium for protein shakes they believed contained 30 grams of protein and were misled by the labeling and marketing.
Could Raw Nutrition Owe Me Money?
Possibly, but not yet. No settlement has been reached, so there’s no fund and no fixed amount — Payout of about $5+.
