Starbucks
No payout yet
This case is still being litigated — there’s no settlement fund, so there’s nothing to claim yet. We’ll notify you if that changes.
What Happened?
Starbucks faces a proposed class action alleging that eight protein lattes and matchas were misleadingly sold with “Sugar-Free” in their names even though the drinks allegedly contain between 13 and 21 grams of sugar per venti serving, primarily from lactose in milk. Plaintiffs claim the naming violates federal labeling rules and state false-advertising and consumer-protection laws because consumers allegedly paid for drinks they believed contained no sugar. Starbucks denies the allegations and says it clearly provides nutritional information.
Could Starbucks Owe Me Money?
Possibly, but not yet. No settlement has been reached, so there’s no fund and no fixed amount — Payouts range from $5-$15.
If the case settles or a court rules in the class’s favor, we’ll show the real payout terms here and notify everyone on the waitlist.
Who Might This Case Cover?
