The Swatch Group
No payout yet
This case is still being litigated — there’s no settlement fund, so there’s nothing to claim yet. We’ll notify you if that changes.
What Happened?
Edelson Lechtzin LLP is investigating whether The Swatch Group increased retail prices for watches and jewelry in response to federal tariffs and then failed to refund consumers after those tariffs were invalidated. The investigation includes Swatch Group brands such as Omega, Harry Winston, Blancpain, Longines, Tissot, and Hamilton. No class action has been filed, and Swatch Group has not been found liable.
Could The Swatch Group Owe Me Money?
Possibly, but not yet. No settlement has been reached, so there’s no fund and no fixed amount — Payouts range from $1-$50.
If the case settles or a court rules in the class’s favor, we’ll show the real payout terms here and notify everyone on the waitlist.
Who Might This Case Cover?
- If a lawsuit is later filed, you could potentially qualify if you purchased an Omega, Swatch, Harry Winston, or other Swatch Group watch or jewelry in the United States at a price increased because of tariffs during the time period to be determined.
